Mission

To develop novel methods and procedures for the numerical modeling of guiding and radiating structures for electromagnetic waves. This involves the development of analysis and design procedures for structures of arbitrary geometry and electrical composition and the creation of user-friendly CAD tools. Applications include microwave and millimeter-wave communications, radar, remote sensing and, more recently, RF drying of softwood lumber and soil moisture measurements using electromagnetic waves.
